Removing parts on my 2002 mustang GT donor car and discovered that it has BBK headers instead of the stock manifolds. Anyone know if these work with the J pipe and side pipes that come with the MK4 kit or are these headers more trouble than they’re worth and go back to manifolds?

They will work just fine as long as they are shorties.

They are short. Do they have to be reversed or anything like the manifolds?

Yes, they will go facing forward with the outlets.
