State of Illinois requires mirrors and bumpers for the hot rod. Any suggestions?

Tons of sources for mirrors and and course the kit comes with them. The bigger question is what to do about bumpers.
Bob Drake has some of those as well but I guess the question becomes, are bumpers something you just want to install to pass the inspection and you're going to remove after (so goal is cheap) or something you're going to keep on and want to look great?

If it's only to pass inspection and then remove them use a 4 x 4.
