Any tips to putting in the starter in after the engine is in? I have battled it last night and did not get anywhere. I can't seem to get it to line up the three bolt holes when it is in their on the gear. I was wondering if anyone had a trick that makes it easier or at least doable for me.

Sure enough, after I post asking for advice I was able to get it in there and installed. I think my writs and hands are going to be sore for a week from holding things at odd angles for so long. Next up is the headers.

I installed my starter, and alternator prior to installing the motor. Motor has been in and out 4 times-no issues at all.

I had a problem with the solenoid about 200 miles after 1st start/run. Had to pull the starter.
I don't have a lift, just jackstands.
Using the proper safety precautions, get the car up in the air. Use basic tools to remove the electrical connections, then a 14mm on a 12" extension w/ a swivel and it's in/out in 10 minutes... (and this is with the FFR headers and sidepipes in place).
