I just read this post and it made me very sad. I looked up Saul's profile and then realized it was he who built that special unique one-of-a-kind Roadster. A build he took to a level where I will never reach. I did not know Saul personally, but from the video posted by Rich, you can tell he's like me or the rest of us out here. Just a great guy with a pssion to; do, create, build and live! I then watched the other video and realized he died in the very car he built. I'm so, so sad. No, not for the car or all the work, but the loss of such a beautiful soul. I wish I knew him, like many others out here on this forum. We ALL share a common love for the cobra and that alone binds us and makes very similar in our passions and desires that each of us have.

I send my heart felt condolences, thoughts and prayers to his loved one's, family, friends and the FFR Community members too.

Saul, may you find roads where there is no need for a car and cruise the celestial highway to your heavenly home. God rest your soul! RIP...

I really hate to hear about any accidents in our community, but particularly those with fatalities. My thoughts go out to Saul's family this morning. Be safe out there everyone. It doesn't take much to have one of these cars get out of your control.

This is very sad. We met up last Saturday at a Cars & Coffee in San Diego. Both members of SoCalSAAC Shelby San Diego Region. He was a meticulous, talented, detailed builder. Terrible news, keep him and his family in your prayers.

Saul, my friend, rest in peace.

Saul and I met at the 2018 Huntington Beach Cruise-In, his car was almost completed then. We talked for an hour about some of the things he did to the car during its build process, talked about how he was the innovator of many many ideas going forward with his build, the issues he had encountered along the way. I felt I had met a life-long friend in that hour. He was very patient with my questions and very detailed in the descriptions of his modifications done so far - this man was at another level as far as creativity goes.

He will be missed by many, many FFR family members . . .

Thoughts and prayers go out to his family, his friends and the F5 family that knew him.

RIP Saul.

He was a talented builder. 760hp is an awful lot of power to manage in our cars. I loved to follow him, and he had one of the most beautiful cars Cobra's I've ever seen. RIP Saul, you'll be missed.

Saul was a very talented builder. His go cart at HB was very impressive and the final build was among the very best I've seen.

It's just so very, very sad they way he left us.

RIP

Saul was a very nice person and super talented. Met him at the HB show and was fun to talk to, and really down to earth. We mustn't forget to salute him and others at HB this year.
