If anybody is looking for some good inner CV joint boot I bought these from Stan at GBOX.

I've been away for some time and haven't seen these before. My current setup has a separate boot with a wire strap securing it to the metal flange (G50.20). Are these designed to replace those three parts and will it fit my G50.20? If so I would like to take these off your hands. Thanks.

Those are also available from Pegasus Racing, but they are NOT CHEAP. Also articulation angle may be an issue. I have a pair of these in the shop that I bought years ago for evaluation and decided that the cost and lack of angle meant they were not a viable solution. Would clean things up considerably, but they just didn't work for me.

No worries. I assumed you were selling them. I do see them on Stan's ebay store. I'll have to contact him on fitment. He re-geared and inspected my G50.20 (years ago...now) I gotta get back to work and finish what is now my garage ornament.

Crash,
I concur on the price. Especially when compared to a quality boot kit. I've had trouble getting the passenger side, large end to stay put. All of the straps, I've tried are not wide enough (roughly half of the flat on the boot) and the first go popped off. So, if this will fit and I can't solve my current issue, I would only need one.

We find that the straps are very hard to keep tight and therefore, for racing purposes, we run a double wrap of some .040 safety wire as an additional safety measure. This seems to work well but you have to be careful on placement and tightness as the safety wire can cut the boot if over tightened. For awhile we had in stock boots that didn't use the strap and had the boot swedged between two metal flanges. These do not seem to be readily available any longer and the strap type come up under the same part number search. Unfortunate, as the non strap type were VERY durable. Never had any issues with those.

that is the exact problem i had with my passenger side boot. it came off at the track and i had to temporarily put a zip-tie on it just to make it though the rest of the day. this new boot will not have that problem!
