I have read that Jeff has a thread about body fit and prep tips.
I did a brief search, yes it was brief, and could not find it.
I would like to find it, if anyone can help and post a link, I thank you.

Olli, if that is not it, looks like a lot of good info. Thanks a bunch. Wish pics were not photo bucket, but am sure there is plenty to learn in the post.

That post is about 10 years old and I do a lot of things much different now. Some of the info is outdated so please do not take it as gospel but rather more of an introduction of the scope of work.

Oh that made me laugh, It reminds me of my conversation with my wife about things in the fridge
