Is there a trick is getting a return call or return email? Ordered parts over a week ago and no shipping confirmation or tracking number. Took a couple months to get the last order.

If you did it online give them a call. I have always had good results with them.

Just ordered the new headers for a 302 - said it would be a couple of weeks before the next shipment came in. Ordered anyway, showed up about a week later. So, depending on what it is, I've had great luck.

Bingo. Talked to one of my customers earlier today and when he mentioned he was going to order online I made sure to tell him "follow up with a call".

With these cars, you are part of the FFR Family and they pretty much treat you as such. But things do slip through cracks occasionally. I suggest that if you haven't gotten a call back or email in a timely manner, just call again and ask to speak to a real person. When you get someone on the phone, you generally get a fast response. The people working there are customer oriented enthusiasts and are VERY helpful. It's an easy fix, just call.

Well, I got an email today before I had the chance to call. The timing is not unreasonable I may have been mislead. There is a third party involved in the build so must be a communication break down somewhere between the 3 moving pieces here. I'm glad to see they got back to me and look forward to trying to get this on the road before spring. Thanks all for your input.
