Guys what are your thoughts on what our trucks are worth just before paint( in primer) and right after? I have not seen too many of these for sale or at the auctions. Thoughts?

I am an estimator by trade. I've been thinkin about this.
What it cost to build and what it is worth is 2 different thing. Like you, I just don't know how different.
$25,000 for kit
$15,000 for motor and trans
$700 for rearend
$2,000 for wheels and tires
$10,000 in labor (200hrs x $50)
$1,000 in contingency (known unknowns)
$X,000 for paint (?)
$53,700 TOTAL (without paint)
You can make your own personal adjustments.

$28,000 for the kit. You must have got a better discount or I bought a few options. $ 50 an hour would probably be cheap but you never get labor back, I guess.

I saw one out here on FFR that was awesome for $ 58,000. The red pro street.

I got the Thanksgiving discount and didn't get very many options.
Skilled labor is definitely more expensive! This is a hobby for me....so I am lacking a few needed skills.

It's a unicorn of a vehicle. It's a lot like the race car market. You have to be willing to hold it for a long time, and work the various online sales venues to find that one buyer that's looking for what you're selling.
It's not one of those things where the pool of available buyers will increase just because you drop the price.

Thanks. That is about what I thought. However, Coyote should bring a little more.
