521 BB in MK4

I am in the final stages of research prior to purchasing a FF MK4 and am considering a Ford Racing 521 BB. This crate engine comes with a high rise intake requiring a Holley Dominator. Will a flat style aircleaner clear the hood?
Does any one make a bellhousing that allows use of cable operated clutch?
Any other issues with this motor in a MK4?

Wayne, what bell housing and clutch/pressure plate set up did you use? Also did you use a stock oil pan? If not, what pan did you use? Thanks
