Factory Five does not have the headers in stock and it's unknown when they will have them. Are there any other places I can buy these headers? We are completely changing this car out to be much better. New Wilwood system, New suspension, rear end, engine and tranny. I would like to have this done before spring. Any advise?

Hey JWolfe,
TWolfe here. Owner of AZ Cobras & Classics in Gilbert, AZ. Are you looking for full length or shorties with J-pipes? If your having issues with FFR header availability and they don't have the shorties, you might try calling BBK for their FFR shorties as that is what FFR has sent us for Coyote packages along with FFR j-pipes in the past. Or try GP Headers and Zach over there. He made a custom set for one of our fuel injected 427 Windsor MK4's. Cost was reasonable but he didn't like making them without seeing the car. email is: sales@gpheaders.com or phone: 800-242-9157. Good luck! Tom

Two other sources for Coyote headers: Gas-N Performance (https://www.gas-n.com/collections/headers/products/coyote-long-tube-headers) and GP Headers (https://www.gpheaders.com/products/cobra-kit-headers/). I've used and recommend both.

Thank you so much! The builder of mine purchased in 2006 and finished it last year. I picked it up with 4 miles on it but it needs so much. We are going to make it right.

GP headers likely has them, Wouldn't be surprised if Forte has them in stock too.

I have a pair of BBK shorties and j-pipes I can sell you. Bolted up once, never fired.

Thank you for the info. Talking with my buddy (who is doing the rebuild) he said "Jeff, we are in Charlotte". He knows a fabricator who can make the headers as well as the driveshaft we are going to need. I really appreciate the input as I'm sure we will have other questions and issues. My buddy suggested we should just buy a MK4 and build from scratch. Don't think the wife would go for that lol.

Really? That might be a good option as well. How much were you thinking?

Hi JWolfe, I didn't see your question because you didn't quote my post in your response. When you do that, it shows up in the Notification section for extra attention.
