I'm going to be installing my fuel lines soon and wanted some input.
I'm running braided SS lines from my tank/pump to the engine bay /EFI.
My return line is the same.
I bought some line separator clamps like the ones in the link below.
I was going to replace the screw that goes down the middle with a longer one, and drill a hole and tap the 4" frame tube to attach the clamps to the frame.
good idea or bad idea? should i be using rivnuts in the frame rather than tapping the frame? drop of blue loctite on the threads? another type of clamp/connector?
thanks for the input.

The 4" tubes are plenty thick to get enough threads cut into them. I drilled & tapped the frame, and put a drop of blue loctite on the threads, but that was for hard lines. Did the same on the other side for my rear brake lines.

You'll want riv-nuts for the thinner frame pieces, like the 3/4" bracing.

I concur on all counts.

I used flexible fuel line and tapped the 4” tube. The one thing I would say about that is you need to place the clamps a little closer together to avoid sagging.

I’d say the same as above on the ¾” square tubes, except when tapping through both sides of the tube, that seems to work pretty well.
