Forum reverting to mobile version - Why?

I almost always have at least one tab of my browser open to the F5 Forum. Often 2 or 3 tabs. Recently when I refresh the tabs the forum reverts to the mobile version.

Any ideas about why this is happening? Something to check on my side?

If you click “Use Desktop Version” it preserves that setting for about 1 month. If using mobile browser to access the site, I think it’s as easy as performing that click once a month. I’m sure if you’re clearing your browser cache regularly it’ll reset that counter too.

From the Settings link at the top of the page, click on general settings on the left hand side of the settings page.

Then set the forum skin to the the default style.

Let us know if that fixes your issue.
