Body Work and Paint

Curious what the average cost is running for fit and finish and paint work for the 35 truck. For me, I am looking at a complete truck including full fenders, running boards, engine hood and sides. I will mount all the fenders, etc, but will be having my painter do fit and finish.

I am looking at what individuals are paying 3rd parties, (not do-it yourself). Also, feel free to share the cost for only the hot rod, without all the add ons I'm doing.

I am trying to work up a budget if I go the 35 route. I have an excellent painter lined up but we've not discussed price, as he's never worked on one of these. I know several will ask, "Budget, what budget? But it helps to know what I may expect.

I got a verbal quote for a 33 (no roof, hood or side covers) from an experienced FFR painter. Between $5-8k.

That helps. I was thinking maybe $10k with hood, side covers and fenders.
