Whose 818S in Auction?

I was surprised to see this red 818S in the Russo - Steele Auction in Scottsdale today. It appears to be a basic build with FFR wipers & wheels and just the basic interior. The info sheet says stock drive train and only 300 miles on it. I'm curious where it's from.

I don't know about that one, but a gray "C" with Canadian plates sold for $22k at Mecum in Kissimmee last week.
