The head ranger that patroles the Natchez Trace section in Tn. lives about 2 blocks from me. He gave me word that about a 10 mile strip was going to be closed today for repairs so I met him up there and he opened the gate. I didnt push it too hard in the corners or tried to use the apexs because he said motorcycles sometimes go around the gates. Sure enough we met one and two were on a closed entrance ramp fixing to get on. I wanted to also show the people that gave me crap (haha lots of it) at London, that 900 cfm was too much for a 306, just how smooth it is with out any dead spots when I got into the second carb. My last blast at the end showed 118 on my speedo thats 6 mph slow a 55. We figured it was abot 128-130 mph. It was a blast! Oh and before anyone starts hollering about the cig in my hand, it's one of those electronic ones without even any nicotine in it. Guess it just keeps me calm. Enjoy
