Has anyone tinted windshield and wind wings?

I thought this would look pretty good and help with some of the glare. Has anyone done this and what are your thoughts?

I've always wanted my windshield to self darken like my eyeglasses, but I don't think it would be legal.

You’d better check your local rules and regulations. Most states do not allow tinting of the windshield in what they consider the field of view. That can be a very hazy area! Wear sunglasses!

Haven't tried the windshield but fabricated these sun visors & wind wind wings out of some acrylic that I got at the Alro Steel outlet. Haven't been able to drive with them yet, just received my VIN tag in December and life has gotten in the way of any activity on the car for now.120531

I did the top 4 inches in the darkest film Advance had. It helpesa lot in the AM when the sun is coming up.
