Any SoCal 818s out there I/we might be able to visit?

My uncle and I are each going to be building 818s soon - we're hoping to order in the springtime and start building by summer, and we already have donors. But I'm six feet tall and he's maybe an inch or two taller, so sitting in one would be a big help toward choosing the build options. Are any of you in Southern California, and would you be willing to let us come see your builds? It would be awesome to sit in them a bit too, and shoot the breeze about your ordering and building decisions. I'm in Ventura County, and he's in the San Fernando Valley, but we can get just about anywhere that needs getting to.
