I'm trying to fabricate a driveshaft for my 33. I have an odd ball setup with a 1984 T-400 buick transmission. I'm hoping someone out there maybe knows what GM driveshaft yoke will fit. The transmission output shaft is 32 splines with a diameter (as best I can tell) of 1.450". As there aren't many 1964 Buicks running around I am having a hard time locating a yoke that will work. Any old school guys out their that have any help will be greatly appreciated. I assume GM used this same output shaft in more than one transmission model/year.

If it were me, i would go to a driveshaft shop. If they cant answer this question, then ???
P.S. They should have books on drive shaft parts with all the dimensions listed, i would think you would find what you are lookg for!

Going to ust the driveshaft shop FFR uses to make their shafts included with the kits. Sounds like they can handle my request. Would have been easier if I built a normal car with either a Ford or Chevy drivetrain. Trying to do something different always complicates the process. I've built over 50 cars but other than a GTM, this is the only car with a GM drivetrain and the only car with an automatic transmission. Thus my general lack of knowledge of all things GM.
