Ok, So I have about 3k miles on the car. Recently the front brakes became hard to press in, like there is pressure build up. The car will start and run good, about a mile down the road the pressure builds to the front brakes, and causes them to engage, like you are pressing the pedal. Some times if i push hard on the brake pedal it releases the brakes, and sometimes it doesnt. I am at a loss, Ive looked everything over and can figure it out.
Setup is mustang brakes front
wilwood pedal box
I am using penzoil dot 4 brake fluid
Thanks
Brian

Sounds like the adjuster rod has loosened up and has readjusted itself to be engaging the master. This is not that uncommon. It usually comes from the jam nut loosening up
Make sure your brake pedal fully relaxes and isn't contacting the cross brace on the chassis. You may need to shorten the push rods a little. It doesn't take much, maybe 1/16 - 1/8".
Next, since you have the standard brakes, not the Wilwoods, make sure the calipers aren't hanging up. There are quite a few old posts about issues with the calipers sticking and not releasing.

I had a similar problem when I converted a Classic Bronco to Hydroboost. It turned out to be the push rod was a bit too long.

so i see the jam nut has loosened up. But what way do you turn it to so it is not engaging the master?
So I have tried turning the rod both ways... im just not sure

The nut keeps the rod from turning and readjusting itself. You turn the rod until you have a little freeplay then tighten the jam nut.
