I am upgrading the return line to 3/8" and would like to get the same type/brand hose that was supplied for the feed line. Does anybody know the brand hose that are used in their kits?

Thanks

It's Dorman, part #800-074 for the 5/16" line. Cheers, John

Nick, I also bought the intake EFI kit from F5. I ended up junking all of it except for the fuel pump. I changed out both lines to 3/8 and getting the Pro-M fuel hanger. I used a 3/8 line fuel filter from Holley too. This eliminated all constriction points.

IIRC, the F5 EFI kit was around a $500 option. It should be a much more robust upgrade. It is fine for a Foxbody Mustang 302.

I am learning that it was a wasted $500 dollar option. I purchased a hanger with a walbro 400lph (whippled coyote) with the AN fittings attached. Now just contemplating on which fuel line to get, been looking on holley/Earls performance page for the past 5 hours and it's got my head spinning with options. The turbo'd foxbody i did many years ago used pushlock which worked amazing, however there seems to be much more options now.

Along the same topic, I have a stock 96 Mustang tank and want to change to 3/8 line with 58 psi pump (LS). The options to do this seem endless. Anybody have suggestions or experience?

Who did you purchase your hanger from? Hopefully from Pro-M Racing. If you purchased from HighFlowFuel (Quantum) I would highly recommend sending it back. Their setup is flat out dangerous.

Through quantum, why?

Nick, that is a massive fuel pump. Here is a guide to what size line and fittings you will need.

I can't help you with that hanger. I have no experience with it.

[QUOTE=nick7405;394389]Through quantum, why?

We installed the HighFlowFuel units in two roadster builds back in 2012. Both units failed due to poor electrical connections. I drove out to their facility in Ventura in 2019 and they were very helpful. They set me up with two new complete setups at no charger. The new units were a completely new design out of stainless steel. I get home and they don’t fit. I drive back out to Ventura and they apologize and give me two more. Must have been a bad batch. I get these home and quickly find that the supply and return lines are not brazed all the way around. No seal, can see daylight through both units around the lines. Then I go to check the wiring connections. Absolutely worthless. They used the wrong crimp connectors on both ends. Too small, the wire does not fit so they crimped the wire on the insulation retention portion of the connector. I could not make a crappier hanger if I tried. Good service is worthless if their product is crap. Not to mention that they completely stole the ProM design. Shameless.

I can send you photos if you like. Both of their hangers ended up in the trash where they belong.

I see what you mean.

Expecting 600ish rwhp (so 700ish flywheel)so I don't think the 400 LPH pump is overkill, however trying to make a smart selection with both type and brand of the fuel line. I thought I could do an -8 fuel line but seem to be on the boarder for the -10 for feed

Breeze can get you everything you need to support the hp you want. I also wasted money with the F5 EFI option. I used none of the parts. They really should indicate it won’t support 500+ hp.
