Has anyone had this problem i installed the heater and one of the round outlets is right in line with the 3/4 tube am I doing something wrong119975119976

That outlet is for the passenger defroster. I capped mine and only ducted air to the drivers side. The passenger defrost vent is a dummy. It's just wasted air to send it over there.
I have needed my defrosters a few times while driving to work early in the morning. I was glad all the air was in front of me. The defrosters barely keep up.

Actually, I just looked at your photo again and that is the drivers side outlet. You just have to route the hose around that brace, there should be room, the hose is very thin and flexible. I would still recommend capping the other side and run all the air to the drivers side.

You've got it right; the brace is in the way. I cut mine out after reading about several other builders doing the same.

Also based on what I've read and the fact I added a larger A/C unit (similar to Whitby's) that brace had to come out.
