I've been looking at Factory for at least 15 years was looking at the roadster but drove one and I'm a big guy so I found it small for me but very fun to drive. the 33 coupe looks perfect for me and my wife. I haven't done much wrenching in forty years but up to the challenge.
I have lots of questions so thought this might be the best place to start. I live in Colorado so I hope someone else from here that has built a 33 or is in the middle of building one will be able to give me advise when needed. I'm planning on attending the build school to get started and get my feet wet. I have the free info sent to me but hoping the build school will give me some clarification on some of the options. I do have a barn to do wood work in so I'm comfortable with tools. I;m very excited about getting started. I'm not at all computer savvy
so I'll try and get this right. don't know what the tags mean or what they are for
but happy to get started

Welcome Mark!
You've come to the right place, this forum is a wealth of information. If you have questions about options I suggest 2 things - a) feel free to call FFR and ask away, they are very helpful and b) ask them here where you will also get open and honest answers with certain biases :) Note that some options have changed with the Gen 2 version so there isn't as much experience/opinions about those yet.

The build school is great to get familiar with the overall build and get some tips and tricks. Think of it as an overview. It is tight on time to get everything done in those few days. Some subassemblies are already together, parts are already drilled. Most of the time is spent on the mechanical stuff and not much at all on body...

Cheers
Steve
