Wire questions for Coyote

I have the Coyote in and trying to wire on all the gauges and sensors. Where or do I need to worry with the Can wires? What about the harness oil, water temp wires? Do I need these?

Can wires can be capped off. You'll need the coolant temp and oil pressure along with their grounds. The oil temp won't be used unless you opted for the extra gauge.

Not sure where they go because I have Vintage gauges and they have there own senders.

Those gauge wire at the engine side make their way all the way back to the dash wiring. You'll use your senders provided with the gauges using the wires in the chassis harness. Which "Vintage" gauges do you have, Speedhut? The new chassis harness was revamped to include the wiring for the gauges so you didn't have to run secondary gauge wiring.
