Congratulations Mike!

One tip after it's delivered: BEFORE taking off the body, hold a Sharpie flush with the underside of the body and mark the firewall, back of cockpit in the trunk, and side panels for the trunk to ensure there’s no interference between the top edge of the aluminum & the body. The distance between the side of the Sharpie (which is flush with the underside) and the nib will provide adequate clearance for the bulb seal. If you don't do this from the get-go, you'll be calling your neighbors for an additional test fit later on down the road...ask me how I know!

I'll be building this in Florida, southwest Florida. There are days that some A/C would be nice!

John, I've been thinking this as well. Some or all the panels are powder coated. Black. So..... What do you use that will "stick" on black powder coated panels?

Get ready for a wonderful journey. I actually have to hold back and be conscious about not spending too much time in the garage, but the build is so much fun it's hard to stay away. I stay in Cape Coral a couple times a year, love the place.
