Hi guys, I am go carting and now putting the body on to finish fit everything, I already tested all the lights etc with just a bulb on leads, but now that im looking to install the head/tail lights etc I see the harness has nice connectors but I dont remember having the other gender connector. I have the complete kit w the Ron Francis harness. Are we supposed to cut and splice the lgihts onto the wires or do I have the connectors hidden somewhere in the garage?

Those must be new for the RF harness. All mine were just blunt cut wires and I installed Weatherpak connectors on all of mine.

Same as Papa, installing weatherpacks.
Where is that rod end?

The rod end pic is the hinge for the front end. My kit is a 2009 so maybe not new but old lol. I guell ill check the connectors for part numbers and see if i can buy the other side to make a clean connection.
Thanks guys.

Your best bet is to cut those off and install two 3-cavity Weatherpacks on each corner. Even if you could find mating connectors, you'd have to wire with two lights going into a single connector. Meaning you can't get the lights out of the body once wired. Not too great.

Good news I found the connectors stored in the wrong place. So for the record RF harness does come with them. Ill use them so I can disconnect the front clip.
I had the hood/clip all aligned and trimmed then stored it. Now putting it back on i had to fight it for an 8 hr day. I cant imagine doing all this again with a painted body, and just minor trimming and sanding has got fiberglass dust everywhere even using a shop vac and fan.
I thought I was mostly done, HA!
