Final found on ebay someone with old stock-

Need a choke kit for a Demon Carburetor SPD-650-VS, Electric part #421440 or manual #421441. Out of stock and parts not available since Holley bought the product and redesigned the throats to use Holley standard parts. Butterfly looks like a flattened Valentine's heart.

yes the electric or manual complete kit, the high price is their way of saying not available. If it is shown available on the web it is a scam (already had both credit cards compromised for an order) or they did not update their site and you order and it will be canceled once they find out Holley is out of stock. Put out in hope someone has unused or take off on a shelf.
