IRS Upper Control Arms

I assume the grease fittings / zerks point down on the rear UCA's since the lower arms zerks point down. Is this correct?

Yes, the zerks point down on both upper and lower IRS control arms. It would be difficult if not impossible to get a grease gun on them otherwise. At least with straight fittings.
