I am building a 33HR with the 32 nose and radiator. The radiator supplied by FFR does not have contain a cooling coil for an automatic transmission. Looking at purchasing a remote cooler and I'm looking for suggestions on size/supplier and location to mount. I'm using a turbo 400 behind my Buick Nailhead engine. Thanks!

Here's one idea to consider if you have trouble finding a place to mount a trans cooler.
I have a >5000 RPM stall speed converter that needs a 30,000 BTU minimum heat exchanger and limited space to put it. I ended up installing it along side the engine but there was still no room for a fan or air scoop. So I fabricated a spoiler to create a low pressure area on one side of the heat exchanger to create airflow through the plates and fins. Works good and your system won't need near as much heat transfer capacity.

I'm running a similar setup a 700r4 behind a 350 sbc.i ran this 12000 GVW cooler https://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/60370/10002/-1
Mounted in front of the radiator. It was like $19.

Great idea. I haven't mounted the radiator in the shell and didn't realize there was that much room. I was thinking of a remote area in the rear of the car. I'll check out the Summit cooler.
One thing to consider when shopping for heat exchangers is that the plate and fin styles are more efficient than the tube and fin styles, therefore, they can be smaller than a tube and fin for the same capacity. But the plate style are more expensive.
