In the build manual - it lists setting the upper control arms at desired length - bas is a good base point.
Attaching the upper link arm in a 3 link suspension - the disred length?

Adjusting the upper link will set the pinion angle. If you take a digital level and place in against the flange that the drive shaft attaches to you want the flange pointing down by 2 degrees or so off vertical. Different set ups / cars / people will use different angles but 2 degrees is a good starting point. If you don't have a digital level then set it plumb and it will be close enough until you get chance to fine tune it which you can do once the car is finished.

If you adjust the length of the upper link while supporting the car by the axle,set it so there is 5/16-3/8 inch clearance between the rear adge of the banana bracket and the 3/4x3/4 diagonal reinforcement for the panhard mount. This will get you close on pinion angle.
