California is hard on these cars and the sun was out non-stop. Car gets too much attention especially on the road and more often then not you get Challengers ALLways wanting to pick on my stock little turbo with it's stock little boost. Occasionally a Tesla will toy with me from a light.
Getting in and out parking lots can be tricky in L.A. as i did get it stuck once. THe hwy's are mostly on the bad side of F'd up and so any night time highspeed runs can send you air born
So after 4 days of driving from Laguna, L.A., most of PCH, SD and taking the 8fwy back home, putting about 1000 miles and averaging 23mph I got to say that Californians are boring. About the only enthusiest car I saw on the road was a Golf R32 and a classic Jaguar roadster and aside from the eye candy in Beverly Hills, every so-called cool car was just a SRT. Enough ranting..........

Ya gotta know that most of the drivers in the "greater LA area" have a form of PTSD driving in that traffic. Most of us normal people here in Cali try to avoid LA at all costs. If you have to drive thru LA to get north you plan the drive so you go thru LA county between 2-5 am lol.

23mph .... Where did you find the roads that you could get up to those kind of speeds???
