Trans alignment

Cannot figure this one out, engine is 302 with T-5, fits in mounts perfectly in engine bay, but cannot get this to align ? Also. trans mount does not line up with cross member. Thoughts ?

Update:

So in talking to FFR, the trans tunnel is configured for the TKO, nice no where are you told this that I could find. SO you have to cut out the cross brace, then cover the the hole in the aluminum panel with block off plate! And cut a new hole, good thing I already cut in my cup holders !ARGHHHHHHHHH. An then there was the front suspension issue before this, ugh!
