818's in the Southeast?

Are there any 818's (specifically a C or S) in the Southeast near the Charleston SC area? I'm looking at building a 818C and would love to take a look at an 818 in person (even if you are still building).

I travel up to Bristol TN area often as I have family there so it would be feasible to make a stop off of 26 on my next trip.
