With the gauge visor installed the driver side ac vent will not fit, any suggestions where to mount ? Thinking right side of visor

You could place the vent in the corner/side piece of the dash with the vent facing down. You could also consider fabricating a new brow that would give clearance for your vent.

the left AC vent is very tight. I did not install the gauge visor, it was very close to the steering wheel and i thought I would hit my hand on it.
