Well, it's official. On Sept-10th we are loading up the U-Haul and making the final move to our new (built in 1939) home in La Mesa, CA. It means that we are "going home again" as we spent our first 4-years in San Diego. Our time in the Central Valley meant that we could raise our kids, meet wonderful supportive friends and grow in our jobs. But the kids are gone, I'm retired and it's time.
We are going to miss our FFR family here in the Valley very much. They've done so much to help us with our build and have become much more than just "car buddies." I've been in touch with a few owner/builders in the San Diego area and we've been invited to attend the Coronado Speed Week on the 24th-25th.
