Starting to get a slight rattle out of the drivers side, suggestions to correct?

I drilled a 1/16 hole from the bottom back so not visible and screwed in a long sheet metal screw until it hit the baffle. No more rattle.

I just went through something similar, and it turned out to be the hanger that was welded to the sidepipe had separated causing the rattle while driving.
