Looking for builder of Hot Rod SN/ 10

Last weekend I was at Mecum auction in Harrisburg, Pa. I was lucky enough to drive Factory Five Hot Rod sn/10 up on the block for sale.
The guy that bought it doesn't know anything about F5 Hot Rods, so after the sale I tutored him on the car as best I could but lots of questions remain so if we could contact the builder, it would be much appreciated. It was sold by a dealer who knew nothing about the car.

My guess is Bill Peirce who used to own ffcobra.com. He’s from Kennesaw! I’ll reach out to him and find out.
