I had a local tool shop modify my FRONT quick jack bolts allowing me to mount overriders without any issues. Take a look at the photos, let me know what you guys think!

Curious where you got those over riders? Not FFR. You might find they will look a bit funny straight up and down on the front. The FFR supplied ones are angled out at the top to follow the angle of the nose opening.

You couldn't ever add a hoop to those, and have it look good, with them sitting vertical like that. Not that was ever in your plans.

Those are def **********. I have the same ones. Installing the rears is going to be, um, interesting.

I have the finish line over riders and I'm using smaller diameter bolts on the front with different lengths, longer on top and shorter on the bottom and several washers. On the rear I"m using a modified
"Kleiner" mod and brackets I made to attach the over riders to the threaded rod.

So it’s back to the drawing board! I did not realize the front over riders were tilted to match the front end angle. Thanks for the info. I’ll be back!

You can tilt them by adding a few washers...…..The "Kliener mod" don't even get me started...da bat

YES!!! Now we're modding the mods...I love it

Jeff

PS---Miller is right; you don't want to get him started. And you definitely don't want to let him into your house after 8PM unless you're prepared for a loooooooong night.

Saw off the front of the nose, then bond it back on straight up an down. Either one of the Jeff's can fix that right up.

Got enough body work to do without sawing off the nose of the car! But I like the idea!
