This would be a perfect product for you to make. I guess the only thing left to say is, please?

I’ve been planning some of these. Been debating how to finish them. I’m leaning towards skinning them in CF to match the diffuser.

Did you want these for the FFR diffuser? My FFR diffuser came with some of these.

Here's a design that will fit all 4 parts on a 12" x 24" sheet ($12 from McMaster). 'Open to comments and suggestions!

I need to buy a brake for my shop. Expensive to get one with any size to it.

Here's what the above design looks like in cardboard (sorry it was windy!). re. bending, a few pieces of angle-iron will suffice for 0.040 thick (or O2thin...) Al material.112662112663112664

That looks good DSR..
Mine are made with .040 aluminum and the radius mimics the diffuser's curve for a better continuity of the curves.

Mine did, their aluminum.
My diffuser didn't come with them either. Theses would save me time and I will most diffidently eventually need spares for replacement, so yes I’ll take 2 sets :-)
