Beal family truck continues

Truck is really coming together now. All flooring is in and sealed up tight. Wiring harness is run to front and back. Just needs to be hooked up. We have started to put in the a/c. Still waiting on some engine parts to be able to finish that. We are told the end of July.
We were looking at the radiator cowling and wondering if there is a trick to putting in the headlights? Any help appreciated.

Is that a new tranny cover model, or just covered with insulation/padding?
