The crew did an outstanding job of prepping the building for the storm and it survived without damage.

Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers. One thing is immensely eveident and that is thru hardship, Americans have a tradition of helping each other out.

While we are good here at Factory Five, five of our crew are without power at home, but all are safe. We are all safe and thankful to be in the clear.

Dave! I dont know what stage your car is in but I can check on it. We are planning quite the ceremony for your return brother. We will do a great job for you, your only job is staying safe! Seeing the response of my neighbors and friends thru Irene makes me proud to be American. Evryone is helping each other with small things and big. Ive got 4 days of emails to catch up on, seems I can never get ahead, but you were my first post man. See you soon.

Check out these pix of the storm near my house... totally different story than FFR.

This tree was one of two that came down next to a buddy of mine's house. It landed ON the house!

Streets all over Barrington were covered with debris, some worse than others

My daughter Nicole checks out the surf at the local beach... This is in a HARBOR area of Narragansett Bay!

Kids had fun in the 50 mph winds. Barrington enjoyed the record wind speed measured in New England of 82 mph!

This is my house and the branches that my kids and I cleared yesterday just from our lawn.

Dave, glad to hear that you and your family are safe. That is quite a pile of debris stacked by the road, at least none of your trees fell on the house.
