Just starting my kit. I could get to the nut on the backside of the front upper control arm nut, however the rear nut seems like there isn't enough space between the frame and the nut to get to it. I tried a socket and it wouldn't fit. I thought an open ended wrench might fit but there just is no angle for it. The edges of the nut actually catch on the frame when I turn the bolt. Anyone else have this issue or anyone have any ideas?

Mine were tight, but I could put an end wrench on both.
Could you possibly use a Crows Foot Wrench to get in there?
If not, then you really need to contact Factory Five's Tech Team one of the Master Builders who are major contributors to this forum give you some suggestions.

I had the same problem. After much consternation I turned one of the flat sides of the nut parallel with the frame then inserted a steel wedge between the two. I then torqued the bolt. This may not be the ideal solution, but I was able to get it as tight as it needed to be.

...and if it helps any, that 'steel wedge' mentioned above can be as simple as a flat tipped screwdriver. Don't over-think it!

I was able to stick the end of an open-ended wrench in there perpendicular to the nut and hold it while I tightened it.
