My wife and I were on vacation to the east coast two weeks ago and on the day we were planning to visit Nantucket there was a torrential downpour. I was able to implement "plan B" and talked my wife into visiting Factory Five. We were happy to look around the showroom, sit in the cars and pick out the next dream. Out of the blue Dave shows up and gives us a tour along with some other visitors. My wife was so impressed with the fact that Dave would take the time to show us around that she now wants a hot rod. My wife tells everyone about the tour and said she would gladly pass on other tourist attractions for the visit.

Thank you very much for taking the time with us and helping answer our questions. We are very happy with the dream/roadster you helped us build and look forward to the next.

Sincerely,
Morgan

Agreed - Dave is an awesome host and the atmosphere he's encouraged with all of the FFR employees is probably one of the greatest causes of post-visit orders!

That's kind of you. I remember that your wife's name (Tambria) was a challenge to remember so I had to think hard of a way to remember it (Cambria in California was a trip I took down rt1 in a rented mustang... returned it with a bit of tire wear, What a road!).

I try and do alot of tours because I learn alot and I am very proud of the company and crew. I believe that one of my most important jobs is making sure that EVERYONE at FFR KNOWs that the folks who walk in the front door are our boss and we only exist as long as they are willing to let us work by their decison to buy what we make. Still, its a good gig and I'm stoked to share the experience.

Let me also chime in and thank you, Dave. My wife, Gina, and I came in and toured Monday morning a week before Irene hit. Along with Jim, you gave us a fantastic tour of the facility. I can't thank you enough for your hospitality, and the quick spin around the lot! We were both quite impressed with the Roadster, and it certainly helped with the WAF! Now I think I'll have to buy one for her, too. (grin)
