I thought that I was done with my rewire, but when I took it out, the speedometer was not working. Was in working order when I started this project, so I will assume for the time being that all parts are good. Speedometer and sensor have not been changed. I should have kept better notes, or at least kept my notes where I could find them.

Speedo is a Speedhut non gps, with a 2 wire feed. Black for ground, and white for signal.

Sensor is a Ford , plugged into a TKO600, using the plug on the drivers side of the tranny. 3 wires out of this sensor, black, white, and red.

What are the call outs for the Ford (94-99) sensor wires ??

Thanks, Derald.

Everybody back on the bus. Problem solved.

Red wire from the VSS needed to be connected to B+SW.

Black VSS wire to black Speedhut

White VSS wire to white Speedhut.

I also had same problem when the first time i rewired. My experiment is that taking some the pictures and stick the cable before removing any wire :o.
