Help....cant get the AC hoses onto the fittings

Aloha experienced builders......is there a trick to getting the AC hoses onto the fittings......I am having quite a fight.

Nevermind........trying to put the slightly smaller hose on the larger fittings......one of those days...

you should have 3 sizes of hoses and fittings for air cond
plus 2 water hoses

a little refrigerant oil on fitting and maybe clamp fitting carefully and push hose on

\got all the right parts and sizes???

Yep, I didn't pull out all the hoses.
