Looks like it may be a good deal for someone who wants a quick start kit that can be completed with the new owners fine touches.

Hi Kyle,
Heck, buy some rattle cans and it could be turned into a rat rod in an afternoon for maybe $30 bucks.
Love the wheels and am envious of the IRS. Price is good.
