Well, this has been a BIG week-end for me.
I took a plane at 5h00 on friday morning and through Toronto arrived at Logan airport at 10h00.
Then a taxi brought me 20 minutes later to a U-Haul agency in Boston.
This is where a 20 foot truck was awaiting me. After showing the appropriate plastic cards I was handed the keys to this ship.
Heading down right after to Wareham destination was attained at 12h15.
After a quick bite and filling the gas tank I showed up at FFR where the crew over there loaded my ship with a Daytona Coupe Canadian kit.
At 14h00 I made a 180 degree turn and headed north. GPS said I could be home by 22h00 if I didn’t stop...
After enduring Boston friday afternoon traffic just before Memorial day weekend, then stopping for dinner and gas and then Border crossing and then another stop for gas I arrived home at about midnight.
Saturday the truck stood still because social events took center stage.
Sunday arrived and I was able to head down to the garage and unload everything...At last there is a Daytona kit in my garage. Yea!
