I'm not sure about the Blue Print LS3. I bought mine from Chevrolet Performance but they can't be that different. Good luck finding a place to put everything. Eventually it all starts coming together. 107242107243

I did away with as much of the plastic corrugated tubing as possible and then wrapped the wires with automotive cloth tape. In most cases it reduced the OD of the bundle by almost 50%. In some cases I shortened the wires, completely removed wires that aren't needed, or folded some to shorten them before taping them together.
