What fitting can I use between 3/8" female on the Trick Flow fuel filter and the 1/2" -20 (?) male on the FF supplied Fuel line?
My metric mind does not think straight

Think I found one:

Btw, where do I flare with 45 deg, (brakes ?) and 37 deg (-AN ?)?

AFAIK the only thing that uses 37° flares are the AN fittings. Everything else is 45°, but there are different types of 45° flares (single, double, bubble, etc).

Standard SAE fitting use 45*. Brake fittings should be double 45* flares. As said, 37* is for AN fittings, and some home plumbing fittings.
Also, keep in mind that the fitting you're looking at requires an O-ring, sold separately.

Does that require an o-ring? It does look a little like a -6AN to -6ORB (which requires an o-ring), but the one OP linked to is a -6AN to 1/2"-20 inverted flare fitting (which doesn't require an o-ring), right?
@Sigurd, if I'm understanding right, I think you can just use standard NPT fittings (no need for AN fittings). You probably just need a 1/2" NPT to 3/8" NPT adapter (which you can probably pick up at Home Depot).
Edit:
After looking at the manual I think you'll want a 1/2"-20 inverted flare (assuming that's the one you have attached to the fuel line) to 3/8 NPT adapter. That one might be hard to find at Home Depot. I didn't see one on Summit, but you might be able to find one somewhere. I think the key here is that you don't really need an AN fitting anywhere in this mix (unless you want to switch to AN). The Trickflow filter (which I have as well) is all NPT and the other end of that fitting you linked to earlier (-6AN) at Summit will not fit into the Trickflow filter. If you did want to use that part, then you'll need to add a 6AN female coupler, plus a 6an to 3/8 NPT male adapter.
