Do you need a Bump Steer kit if you have the MK4 complete kit?

I don't have exact numbers on the figures with and without, but the Bump Steer Kit would give you greater adjustability in tuning. My approach, though, is always start stock as a baseline and evaluate/tune from there. If you put the Bump Steer Kit on first, you won't know what you've changed it from.
