Just curious, what size hose are recommended for the lines that run to the rack AN6 ?

For a Fox rack/OEM pump, i adapted to AN with some Russell fittings - they were aluminum and i though it might be kinda dicey given they could see 2000-3000 psi in the line but so far no problems. PNs i used with a fox rack...
RUS-648020 and 030 ($23 for both)
I then fab'ed one of the Russell powerflex hoses to feed the pressure line to the rack - worked great for me

Not sure where you got the pressure info from, but a Ford pump typically will run about 750psi, the pressure release valve is 1400-1500psi.
